I hold Florida contractor licences and I have spent 46 years in construction. Somewhere in that time I stopped waiting for software that understood the work and started writing it.

It is not a demo. It runs a licensed contracting business end to end — every quote, every lead, every outbound contact — on a compliance gate that will refuse to send rather than guess.

Why that combination is rare

Most people building software for the trades have never held a licence, pulled a permit, or stood on a roof deciding whether it can be repaired or has to come off. Most people who have done those things do not write software.

The gap between those two groups is where every bad contractor tool comes from — products that automate a workflow nobody in the field actually uses.

What I do with it

Three things: I run my own contracting business on it, I build systems for other companies who need the same thing, and I take expert-witness and technical-review work where construction knowledge and documentation both matter.
